Spring Session:
February 24th - April 20, 2020
**March 9 (Spring Break) - Meet at Ed Austin Park for a group walk
Monday Nights @ 6:30 p.m.
All workouts are faith-based which means scripture and prayer will be utilized often. Most workouts will include cardio and strength training exercises, as well as an extended period of stretching. During our workouts, we push as hard as we can until we can’t, then rest until we are able to start back. This is easily adaptable to all fitness levels. Modifications are provided for all levels of fitness, including chair modifications. You are welcomed. If you're wanting to learn how to move your body in freedom without striving, this class is for you.
Location: Classes are held in the New Life Fellowship Hall, 2701 Hodges Boulevard, Jacksonville. Please text Marcy at (904) 314-5181 if you need help finding the location.
Equipment needed: If you have them, bring a set of hand weights, an exercise mat or beach towel, water, a willing spirit, and an open heart.
